I really hate to work in an environment whereby things are always so last minute!!! How can you be a superior when u dun have the discipline yourself?? n expect others to respect you?! Hmph.. can forget it la, is better that this kind of people must kanna something damn big and shit really happen to them then that will know what the hell is responsilibilty!!!
